The Saint Paul Blog

You may have noticed that the statistics on each neighborhood page have now been updated for 1st quarter, 2008.

Be sure to check out the neighborhood that you live in, or the neighborhood that you would like to live in.

Although still considered a “buyers market”, I’ve noticed that a lot of homes that have been sitting on the market for months have now gone to “pending” or “sold”, and I’ve also noticed an increase in showings on all of our company listings.  That’s great news!

Remember, when it’s time to buy or sell in St. Paul, please allow us to interview for the job as your Realtor.  You’ll be glad you’re in the hands of true neighborhood professionals.
