The Saint Paul Blog

St. Paul is gearing up and “rolling out the red carpet” for the big event!  Starting September 1st Downtown as we know it will change.  The sidewalks will be filled with people, we’ll have new retail stores and bars, and protesters and press will be everywhere.  Blink Bonnie on the corner of Wacouta and 7th is even offering a McCain Meatball sandwich and an Obama Hot Ham and Cheese.  As a Downtown resident, I plan on spending a lot of time exploring all the new things that are coming (temporarily) to our city!  I’ll keep you posted and let you know what’s going on – I might even feel obligated to sample chocolate from the new Chocolatier and let you know how it is.  All in a days work, I guess…
