The Saint Paul Blog

Welcome to the first entry to the StPaulHomeRealty.com blog!  We’re excited to be able to provide information about the happenings in our St. Paul neighborhoods, as well as up to date information about our local real estate market!  Check back often to get the scoop.

I’m happy to finally be able to say “Happy Spring!”  It seems that Winter may have officially  left St. Paul.  Just walk through any neighborhood now, and enjoy the sight of the super green grass , tulips, and friendly neighbors!  Check out this photo Bud took on a walk through Crocus Hill this week.
ahhhh, spring!

Today the weather was so great,  Bud and I walked down to Mears Park for lunch (2 blocks from our office).  We were happy to see the hot dog vendor out and the water feature turned on.  It’s impossible to go to Mears Park and not run into friends and neighbors.  Downtown St. Paul really feels like a small town!
mmmm, hot dogs
