The Saint Paul Blog Light Rail Back on Track May 19th, 2008 3:10 PM Last night, under the cloak of darkness and the State's 150th birthday, the Minnesota Legislature and the Governor put the State's budget together and provided the $70 million of seed money the St Paul light rail badly needed.
