The Saint Paul Blog

Thanks for your patience!  We’re running a little behind schedule with the neighborhood statistics because we’ve been pretty swamped at the office.  The 2nd quarter 2008 statistics are now up on the site!

You’ll see the biggest sales price increase in MacGroveland (+11%), and the biggest price decrease in Mounds (-23%).  Of the 13 St. Paul neighborhoods, 7 of them showed price increases, which of course is good news for sellers!  (Buyers – if you’re sitting on the fence waiting to buy, now is the time, really!)  The most shocking piece of data I came across when I was researching the neighborhood statistics was a house that sold for $2,000.  Yes, you heard correctly, a HOUSE for $2,000.  Wow!!!

Remember, when it’s time to buy or sell your home in St. Paul, give us a call.  You’ll feel good knowing that you have a true neighborhood specialist on your side when you’re making such an important move!
