1st Quarter 2009 Statistics are in (finally!).

Check out your favorite neighborhoods to see how they are faring in this slow ecomony.  While collecting data, I didn't come across any big surprises.  About half the neighborhoods lost value and half gained.  Check back in early July to see how they did in 2nd quarter, as most Realtors will tell you that sales have picked up significantly.

Remember, if you're thinking of buying or selling a home in St. Paul, please give us a call.  Our neighborhood experts can help you get the most out of your purchase or sale!
